Payment Terms
• Deposit: USD $350 per person at booking (non-refundable)

• Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise, Zelle, credit card, or bank transfer
Cancellation Policy
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations 90+ days prior to departure: 25% of total package non-refundable
• 60–89 days prior: 50% non-refundable
• 30–59 days prior: 75% non-refundable
• Within 30 days of departure: 100% non-refundable
• No-shows or early departures: No refunds
Additional Conditions
• Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 15 passengers is required. BM Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing or cancel if minimum is not met. Full refund will be issued if canceled by BM Travel.
• Itinerary Flexibility: Schedule may be adjusted due to weather or local conditions. All inclusions will be honored.
• Travel Documents: Participants must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity). Visa requirements depend on nationality.
• Health & Mobility: This program includes moderate walking. Please notify BM Travel in advance for any special assistance.
• Liability: BM Travel is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond control (weather, airline issues, government regulations, etc.).
• Hotel Conditions: 5-star hotels (such as InterContinental Seoul, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, or similar) may be substituted with equivalent properties based on availability.
